We use the same materials, colors, sizes, and production processes as famous brands. Our lamps are produced in our own factory, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Why are your prices so affordable?
We shifted to online sales exclusively in 2020, which significantly reduced our costs. Our products come directly from our factories, allowing us to offer high-quality products at reasonable prices.
Can I return the lamp if I don’t like it after receiving it?
Yes, you can return the product at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect it, we will refund the principal amount minus our shipping costs.
To minimize any dissatisfaction, we can provide photos and videos of the product before shipping. Please mention this request when placing your order or contact our customer service for assistance.
Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?
Yes, we offer free replacement parts if there is any damage due to shipping or manufacturing defects. Please provide photos and videos as proof of the damage.
What should I do if there is a problem during installation?
Ensure all parts are complete a week before installation. Our fixtures are easy to install and can be handled by an average electrician. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer service for assistance. Avoid any violent operations.
Can I get a full refund due to quality issues?
Yes, we support full refunds for quality issues with photographic evidence. You can choose either:
- A new replacement product.
- A full refund if you no longer want the product.
How long does it take to receive my product?
Products under 40" are usually shipped by courier, with a delivery time of 7-14 days.
Products over 40" are generally shipped by ocean freight, with a delivery time of 23-29 days.
For special products, our customer service will contact you to confirm the delivery time.
How long does it take to get shipping information?
It usually takes 1-3 days to receive logistics information after the product is handed over to the logistics provider.
Are bronze and black the same color?
No, bronze and black are not the same. If you need pure black, please confirm with our customer service due to differences in the production process.

Installation instructions are included with every item. If unsure, we recommend contacting a licensed contractor or electrician.
Are Light Velucia chandeliers made in the USA?
No, our chandeliers are manufactured in Asia, including China.
How do I clean my fixture?
Ensure the current is off before cleaning. Clean metal parts with a soft cloth dampened with a mild liquid soap solution, then wipe clean and polish with a very soft, dry cloth. Do not use metal polish. For wooden parts, use a fine furniture polish, avoiding metal surfaces. For glass or crystal shades, use warm water and mild liquid soap, rinse, and dry. Do not use an automatic dishwasher.
Do your products come with any guarantee?
Yes, all our products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty covering normal wear and tear.
Are your products UL listed?
Our products have UL listed, Our electrical parts are UL listed and meet US safety codes for installation by electricians.
